About GESI
Industry
Energy, Battery Storage
Business Model
GESI is a new utility-scale battery storage developer that addresses the urgent need to stabilize grids amidst the growing influx of renewable energy.
Opportunity Overview
As electricity systems are transforming to more and more renewable generation, storage capacities are required to support that transition. With battery storage, the remaining fossile power generation can be phased out, which saves millions of tons of CO2.
One single GESI 1 GW battery storage location can save up to 400.000 tons of CO2 annually.
