Daniel Marasch is a highly experienced retail leader. He served as CEO of Lidl Germany and as COO and board member of Lidl International. He later served on the board of the MDAX-listed mobility provider Sixt. Today, he works as a management consultant with Bain & Company, supporting companies on strategic and operational topics and advising senior executives.

Andreas Suck, (Dipl.-Kfm., MBA), was the first COO of IFCO Europe and CEO of IFCO Italy, serving on multiple IFCO supervisory boards. With 25+ years of C-level in logistics and interim management, he held executive roles at Paconsa, Freshliner, Bard and Cuxhaven Steel and advises international firms including Smart Container Loop GmbH, Staufen AG, Alvarez & Marsal and AlixPartners.

Benedikt Pfander (Dipl.-Kfm.) started his career at Nestlé and currently serves as General Manager of the Invent Group – a consulting and innovation company in the FMCG sector. Founder of Pet Medical, the company behind the pet health brands PHA and LaPura, which was successfully sold. Driving sales and marketing activities of next-generation reusable packaging innovations at Schoeller Group.

Kay Niemeyer, Dipl.-Betriebsw. (FH), held national and international senior roles in the FMCG sector at Schwarz Group (Lidl and Kaufland), EDEKA and was international Managing Director at Fressnapf I Maxi Zoo-Group. He also served as CEO in the healthcare service sector. Today, he advises companies on retail strategy, supply chain optimization and sustainable packaging solutions.

Christian Köhler, Dipl.-Ing. (Industrial Engineering TU Berlin), M.Sc. (Roosevelt University Chicago), held top management roles i.e. at Tchibo, CSM BakeMark, Kraft Foods and Mars. As former head of the German Brands Association (Markenverband), he advised policymakers in Berlin and Brussels. He serves on multiple European advisory boards (food, pharma, retail), supports start-ups as a business angel and lectures on management and branding. He is honorary Board member of the Dr. Rainer-Wild-Stiftung and an alumnus of Fulbright and Konrad-Adenauer Foundations.

Leif Erichson, a graduate economist, is a seasoned expert in global e-commerce, omnichannel strategies and the fashion industry with over 20 years of experience in senior executive and board-level roles at ESPRIT. Prior to joining Multiloop, he successfully led ESPRIT’s European business, overseeing operations with an annual turnover of €1 billion.

Fabian Göhler is an experienced executive with 20+ years of proven success in communication, marketing, brand, project and change management, as well as sales and key account management. 10+ years of experience in needs-based digitalization and communication solutions. Passionate about building and scaling customer-first e-commerce solutions, including 10+ years in cross-border commerce and social media platforms. 10 years of C-level responsibility (including P&L), general management and start-up mentoring.

Ursula Buck, a graduate economist, brings over 30 years of experience as a managing director, board member, and senior management consultant in international fashion and luxury companies, including McKinsey, Hugo Boss, ESPRIT, and Symrise.

Martin Rademaker is CCO at the FIEGE Group. He began his career at FIEGE with a dual degree in logistics and business administration. Later, he held various positions ranging from operational controlling to international business development and headed the Omnichannel Retail business unit. In 2019, he was appointed to the FIEGE Executive Board.

Dr. Bernhard Gold has been a Venture Capitalist for over 18 years. After starting his career as the co-founder of his own startup, he joined the venture unit of Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile) in 2007. In 2010, he moved to Silicon Valley and worked as a Partner at the venture firm Iris Capital and later at Relay Ventures. Bernhard Gold managed and sat on the board of over 20 start-up companies. Since August 2023, he is leading the venture activities at the logistics company Fiege in Münster, Germany. Bernhard holds a Master in Business Research and a Ph.D. from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
